01 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of UpComing Solution App and any software, tools, or services offered through app.upcomingsolution.com (“the Service”), operated by UpComing Solution (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

02 License to Use Software

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software for your own personal or business use, as described at the time of purchase or subscription. This license does not transfer ownership of the software to you.

03 Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must provide accurate and current information when registering
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account

04 Payment & Billing

We accept payment via Card, Bank Transfer, bKash, and Nagad. All fees are due as specified at the time of purchase or subscription. Prices may change with prior notice. Unless otherwise stated in a separate Refund Policy, payments made are non-refundable once the software or service has been delivered or activated.

05 Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute our software without permission
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your license or account access with unauthorized third parties
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Service’s security or performance

06 Intellectual Property

All software, designs, logos, and content associated with UpComing Solution App remain the exclusive property of UpComing Solution. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights to our intellectual property.

07 Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UpComing Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including data loss or business interruption.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Certain provisions of these Terms will continue to apply after termination.

10 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
